Post-Production 1: After the viewing

Spencer and I have recently presented our film, and we received a plethora of positive feedback. Everyone really liked our film for the most part, there was only a few parts that stuck out. For example, one of our classmates said to have the car that pulled out of the parking spot be driving around on the empty streets, so we are going to refilm that and compare the two, seeing how it ends up turning out. If we like it, we will keep it, but if we don’t like it, we will keep the original in the final cut. We will begin filming tonight and hopefully it will turn out successful.

We just finished filming and Spencer has made the final edits. It turned out to be not as good as we’d like. The wide-angle shots are not even with each other, and the dim lighting was too dark to really see the car because the streetlights did not provide enough light against the dark sky. We may try to reshoot with a different angle, like maybe a low angle shot, but it is looking like as of right now we are going to be leaving this piece of the film as is. We are not really sure as to how to fit it in, especially since the scenes are also a tad bit longer than they used to be when they were simply empty streets. I think we will be leaving the film as is.
