  When beginning a new endeavor, creativity/creative process is very important. First off, what is creativity? To be creative, one would have to use original ideas, something that was never c ame up with before, or is original/unique to the person. In the Ted Talk,  The Theory of Creativity , the speaker introduces us to the thought that  a creative person is able to introduce people to a new idea and make them believe that this is the next big thing, that the idea is worthy. By understanding this statement, it’s easy to tell  whether or not  the i dea of whatever you’re embarking on may be creative or not.  If you can’t get your idea to somewhat inspire others, then it may not be creative enough.    In the “New Introductions” activity, I chose the movie category.  I watched a bunch of animated movies when I was growing up, so now I  enjoy watching good animations over real person films.   I have decided to work on my AICE portfolio with Spencer  Ballard.  When I was taking notes on his Instagram account,  I can gather that he has a lot of friends, is a swimmer, and has a girlfriend.  He doesn’t have a color theme on his account, so I think he posts to pictures as he takes them, unlike my account, where I like to have a color scheme that matches the other photos.  When we worked together in the “Lost at Sea” team-building activity, it seemed as if our brains worked better together because we were closer to the actual answers, unlike when I was alone.  We both had our own opinions on the topic given to us, however, in the end we both ended up agreeing on one thing, whether it was meeting in the middle, or one of us ended up figuring out why we were incorrect.   I have known Spencer Ballard since I was a  freshman , and we  have been close friends ever since.  I was introduced to him in my Pre-AICE English class since...

  When I first loaded up Premier Pro, I had a lot of difficulties, technological wise.  The software seemed very confusing to me and the more I played around with it, the more lost I became. The idea of making a movie was very cool to me, but I couldn’t get my hand around figuring out the software. I liked  InDesign  more because I  actually understand  what is going on . I can figure out how to move pictures around and put text down to make it look like a magazine.   Before we were introduced to  both of the programs , I was sure I was going to do a movie. If we weren’t using  the programs, I would probably had figured out how to put a bunch of clips together to form a movie.  In Premier Pro, I can’t figure out how to add clips and make them fit together. Transitions are hard for me, along with telling a story though videos. I  am able to  tell a better story through pictures of my surroundings .    I do plan on...
